Showcase what this product is about. What’s it made of? How was it made? What are ways to enjoy it?6 live bare root plants with 5–6" stems | Field grown in Brattleboro, Vermont | Washed clean of

soil, mailed in moist medium

Apple Mint is a beloved culinary variety prized for its sweet, fruity flavor profile — softer and less

sharp than classic peppermint, with a gentle, rounded taste that is perfect for desserts, fresh teas,

cocktails, and fruit pairings. If you find standard peppermint too intense, Apple Mint is your

variety.

This is our personal favorite here at Mint Monster, and for good reason: the large, velvety-soft

leaves are an absolute pleasure to work with in the kitchen. This heirloom variety has been grown

right here in Brattleboro, Vermont for more than 40 years — it is as local and proven as it gets. It

grows tall and lush, is exceptionally hardy, and brings beautiful texture and color to any garden

bed. Technically classified as Mentha suaveolens, it is sometimes called spearmint, but its flavor

and character are distinctly its own.

QUICK SPECS:

Best uses: Desserts, fruit dishes, cocktails, teas, mojitos, garnish

Hardiness: USDA Zones 4–9

Mature height: 18–30 inches

Light: Full sun to partial shade
